Managing your appointment

We know that sometimes, things crop up unexpectedly, and there’s no problem at all in changing your appointment with notice. We encourage you to manage your own appointments via the online booking page, and to cancel, the links within your booking confirmation email.

Please give at least 24 hours notice when you need to change your appointment, or fees may apply

Cancellation Policy

If you have a cough, cold or flu symptoms, please reschedule your appointment. There is never any charge to change your appointment in these circumstances, though please try to give as much notice as possible so that another patient in need may take your spot.

You can change or cancel your appointment by using the link in your appointment confirmation email, or you can call or text Warrnambool Osteo & Rehab on 0431 932 175.

Less than 24 hours notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

Less than 4 hours notice will result in a 100% appointment cancellation fee.

We understand that circumstances beyond your control may arise, and we may be flexible, depending on the situation.

Failure to show up to an appointment with no attempt to contact in advance will result in a 100% cancellation fee..

Repeated missed appointments with no cancellation notice may result in your removal from our patient list.

Cancellation fees allow Warrnambool Osteo & Rehab to operate as a business, and the fees are intended with goodwill to help ensure that we can continue to serve the community.
